Rumors are Circling about a Left 4 Dead 3 Release in 2017

It’s what everyone has been waiting for! The Xbox One released in the 4th quarter of 2013, and so far we’ve seen a few of the many beloved exclusive franchises make (or making) a return. Halo 5 released late in the fall season of of 2015. The Forza franchise has spawned three titles in this generation as well – Forza Horizon 2, Forza Motorsport 5, and Forza Motorsport 6. Fable Legends┬áis scheduled to release this year, along with Crackdown 3 as well. Apart from those titles, fans having been waiting in anticipation of the day a new Left 4 dead sequel would be announced. They may finally get what they’ve been asking for.

Recent reports have suggested that the Valve team put all other projects aside, and are focusing solely on a new Left 4 dead title. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a new title from the Valve team on the Xbox platform, but Phil Spencer, head of the Xbox division, and team, have stated that there will be surprises at this year’s E3. We couldn’t get anymore vague than that. Nothing has been confirmed, so as always, take this rumor with a grain of salt. Xbox One plans to release a nice selection of exclusive titles this year including the newest IP by Remedy EntertainmentQuantum Break. Hopefully we can truly add another Left 4 Dead title to our most anticipated list soon. We need that cooperative zombie slaying action!
