Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Dark Souls Now Available Through Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

Last week we updated you with the new additions of Alan Wake, Castlevainia: Symphony of the Night, and PAC-MAN, that headed to the Xbox One backwards compatibility list. This week we’re back with two new entries. Welcome Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Dark Souls. Both of these Xbox 360 titles have become available via Xbox One’s popular backwards compatible feature. These are two great additions to the flourishing list of titles that are available.

Tekken is one of the most renowned fighting game franchises of all times. So what happens when you bring every character together from each different title in the world famous Iron Fist Tournament?  You get Tekken Tag Tournament 2! The sequel to the nothing less than successful Tekken Tag Tournament.

With the third installment to the indubitably and undoubtedly dark series soon to release globally, why not take a trip back to the beginning? Dark Souls was the direct sequel from the PlayStation exclusive title Demon Souls. The series is easily a cult classic, and is still a huge favorite in the gaming world to players all over the world. By no means is the Dark Souls series child’s play. It is known to be one of the few titles that provides a substantial challenge that’s worth a good two or three rage quits.

We’ll continue to keep our readers up to date on any new available titles that’ll soon be landing on Xbox backwards compatible list. Stick around at Junkie Monkeys for more fresh news to come! Thanks monkey!
